Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic medicines, health supplements, juices, and consumable products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:
The product received is damaged
The product is defective
The product delivered is incorrect or different from what was ordered
The package is tampered with at the time of delivery
Return Request Timeline
Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Conditions for Return / Replacement
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
The product must be unused and unopened
Original packaging, labels, and invoice must be intact
Proof of damage (images or video) must be provided at the time of request
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items

Opened or partially used products
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Products returned without original packaging

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
